In the first 30 seconds most salespeople will unintentionally insult a customer from a different culture at least three times. Minorities in the United States are one-third of the population and by 2042 will be half of all buyers of goods and services. Hispanics, Blacks, Asians and other cultures are also having a significant impact as consumers in other parts of the world. These could be your customers as well as those of your clients if you know how to adjust your practices to meet their unique needs.
